Return Postage:
Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Change of Heart:
If you have had a change of heart, you may request a return. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a refund.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with any original packaging.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns on custom or bespoke pieces unless they are faulty.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
